At our Loch Isle HOA Annual Meeting membership voted to abandon self government and engage in contracted services with a licensed Community Association Management (CAM) company. During the June 19th 2023, regular board of directors’ meeting, three (3) community association management companies presented a short 10 minute introduction, explanation of services and question and answer session to those homeowners that attended the meeting. The board voted at the conclusion of the evening and The Capin Group was brought on board as our CAM.
